In part 1 we showed you the first half of the instructions for a Secret Jardin Grow tent. Suprisingly enough, in part 2 we’re going to show you the second.
In part 1 the thing to look out for was making sure the poles where secure and square in the corner sockets. In part 2 it’s all about the zips. As I already mentioned they are of a high quality as is all the canvas on these grow tents, [I'll show you the stitching in another post] however if you miss treat them you’ll get into trouble.
Just remember, don’t force them, especially around any corners, and try to pull each side up to meet the other to prevent the all important light baffle from getting trapped – again, this can mostly happen on the bends if you aren’t careful.

Stage 11 - Locate the top of your tent and place over the completed frame.	Stage 12 - It should be a snug fit but not have to stretch. If it stretches, check the poles are fitted correctly.
Stage 13 - Slide the cover down, and lay your tent on it’s side. Slip the bottom of the cover over and stand back upright.	Stage 14 - Straighten the corners and sip up the sides of the tent. Be careful not to force the zips round the pole.
Stage 15 - Pull two halves of the zip together when fastening. This will prevent strain and ensure the light baffle doesn’t get trapped.	Stage 16 - Zip everything up, check the seams are all square with no stress. Admire the funky logo ;o)
Stage 17 - Place the spill tray into the base pushing up into the corners – attach the hook and loop stays around the poles above the connectors.	Stage 18 - If you haven’t slide the support poles into the ceiling. The lower pole has a longer clasp. Fit straps as desired.
Stage 19 - You should be good to grow now. Familiarise yourself with the Inlets, outlets, electrical ports and windows etc	Stage 20 - Stand back and admire your grow tent. Infact – climb in it and check the lightproofing….. …..I know you want to! ;o)

Secret Jardin grow tents have gone for the picture diagram with their grow tent instructions, but as you’d expect with such a quality product they are generally very clear and easy to follow with just the one set for both the high quality darkRoom and the cost conscious darkStreet versions.
The main points to consider when constructing your Secret Jardin box is to take your time and not to force any of the zips – As while they are of good quality the construction requires you zipping the canvas around a corner and if you rush this or don’t pull the two halves together you can get yourself into some zip trouble.
Equally – when zipping and unzipping your tent, make sure the [very welcome] light baffle is out of the way so you don’t get it trapped.

Stage 1 - Lay out and identify your pieces	Stage 2 - Assemble the A poles into corner brackets. Make 2 identical sets
Stage 3 - Ensure the poles are inserted all the way in to the fitting and are square.	Stage 4 - Make your 2 sections from stage 2 into a square.
Stage 5 - Repeat stages 2 – 4 to make another square.	Stage 6 - Insert the B poles into the base square.
Stage 7 - Add the C poles to the B poles	Stage 8 - Locate where you put the other square. It’s around there somewhere…
Stage 9 - Fit the final square to the top. It’s important you don’t force anything - Work your way round each corner bracket if necessary.	Stage 10 - That’s it for part one. Make sure all the joints are square and secure and you should be left with something resembling an under nourished telephone box )

Assembly of your BudBox grow tent should take you about 20 minutes from start to finish. In my opinion the Budbox growtent instructions are some of the clearest and easy to follow out there.

Setting up your BudBox Growtent frame

STEP 1 Firmly insert the BASE POLES ( #3&5) into the round sockets of the BUDBOX FRAME CONNECTORS (#10) to make the base of the BudBox	STEP 2 Firmly insert the UPRIGHT POLES – BOTTOM (#4) into the square sockets of the BUDBOX FRAME CONNECTORS (#10)
STEP 3 Insert the UPRIGHT POLES (#2) into the UPRIGHT POLES – BOTTOM (#4)	STEP 4 Assemble ceiling of the BudBox by following the above diagram which has been labelled with the #’s 1, 6,7,8 and 11. Lift the whole cieling section and firmly insert the square sockets of the BUDBOX FRAME CONNECTORS into the UPRIGHT POLES TOP (#2)

Attaching the cover to your BudBox Growtent

STEP 1 Unzip every zip and locate the bottom of the BUDBOX COVER. Gently ease the frame into the bottom of the BUDBOX COVER	STEP 2 Locate the ceiling of the BUDBOX COVER and ease over the ceiling frame.
STEP 3 Support the sides of the BUDBOX and zip the doors closed.	STEP 4 Stand back to admire your new BudBox and then start to plan your next grow! Infact – no, climb inside first…..I know you want to! ;o)

What do they offer?
